If your box and/or its contents are damaged via the shipping process, please contact us immediately (digital photographs are very helpful) to arrange for replacement.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with blue manatee boxes™ or their contents, you may return them in their entirety for a full refund within 2 weeks of receipt, with reference to order number for verification purposes. All books and enclosures must be in “as-new” condition. Return shipping charge (standard ground only) will be credited towards a blue manatee box purchase within 6 months of return.
Individual books (i.e. “My sweet baby already has that wonderful book…”) may be exchanged for a different book of equal value from our bookstore. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (we are small), though we will cover shipping cost for the replacement book. We can not offer refunds on returned individual books.
