Here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers.

If your box and/or its contents are damaged via the shipping process, please contact us immediately (digital photographs are very helpful) to arrange for replacement.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with blue manatee boxes™ or their contents, you may return them in their entirety for an exchange in titles and contents for the full value of the original purchase within 2 weeks of receipt, with reference to order number for verification purposes. All books and enclosures must be in “as-new” condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (we are small), though we will cover shipping costs for the replacement box.

Individual books may also be exchanged for a different book of equal value from our bookstore. Again, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, though we will cover shipping cost for the replacement book. 

Please call our team at 513.731.2665 from 9:30am–6pm EST M–F to arrange an individual title exchange or with any questions or concerns regarding exchanges.

UPS Ground shipping is free for all box purchases. Expedited UPS shipping is available at additional cost; if you require expedited shipping please call the bookstore 9:30–6 EST at 513.731.2665 for details and rates.

You can send pictures of your boxy creations to contact@bluemanateeboxes.com. Photos or artwork submitted to our site are not shared (though we can not be responsible for unauthorized use by other parties) and identifying information will never be attached unless specifically requested or permission is explicitly granted.
