Return Policy

Customers dissatisfied with blue manatee boxes™ or their contents may return them in their entirety (i.e. not individual books) for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase, with reference to order confirmation number for verification purposes. All books and enclosures must be in “as-new” condition. Return freight charge (standard ground only) will be credited towards a future blue manatee box purchase within 3 months of return.
